The picture of 1215 Hillcrest.. is it in the Dallas/Ft. Worth, Texas area? If so the owner is named as Joseph J. Ballard and owned Ballard Ice and Oil Company. Is there anywhere I can find more history on this gentlemen? He may be a relative this is the closest I have found for information.

Hi Mike. That house on Clarke street is nice, but could use some landscaping. Also,if life was fair and I had my way, the Polytechic area would get a sorely needed facelift (especially in our old nect of the woods.)
