Seen downtown, four saints posing against modern architecture.
St. Patrick’s Cathedral (1892, Kane).
St. Ignatius Academy (Kane, 1889). In 1885 St. Patrick’s French-born Father Jean Marie Guyot asked the Belgian Sisters of St. Mary of Namur to come to Fort Worth to teach the parish children. The sisters opened St. Ignatius Academy as a boarding school for girls.
St. Andrew’s Episcopal Church (1912, Sanguinet and Staats).
Greater St. James Baptist Church (1918).
Another clever idea for photo composition; well executed.
Thanks, Bruce. As you know, a camera can be a real eye-opener.
